  • What to expect when attending this Conference?

    Our mission is to inspire women to seek their highest level of professional and personal growth. The Institute gathers women leaders for the purpose of impacting their world with dynamic leadership which values connection, collaboration and heart.  The Institute exists to support and inspire women to express themselves authentically through all they do.  We provide knowledge, practical tools and a supportive network to help women lead.  We understand women are different than men and they need a different learning/networking experience and environment designed just for them. The Women’s Leadership Institute is designed to do just that. The Institute will present the latest in leadership practices that will benefit attendees as well as their organizations and communities.

  • What should you wear?

    Casual to Business Casual is appropriate. We recommend that you wear Red.

  • Where is the Conference location?

    The conference location is at the Head Start Multi Purpose Conference Center, 11670 Chito Samaniego Drive, El Paso, TX 79936.

  • Can I bring a Guest who is not registered?

    Day of Conference registration is subject to availability. We expect a sell-out so register early.

  • How much will it cost?

    During Early Bird Registration, the cost is $229.00.

    (After October 20th the cost is $279.00)

    Day of Conference cost is $279.00 (cash only or Company check)

  • What time will the Conference doors open?

    The ballroom doors for Conference open at 7:30 – 8:30 am for registration, networking and breakfast.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    All sales are final.
