Our mission is to inspire women to seek their highest level of professional and personal growth. The Institute gathers women leaders for the purpose of impacting their world with dynamic leadership which values connection, collaboration and heart. We provide knowledge, practical tools and a supportive network to help women lead. We understand women are different than men and they need a different learning/networking experience and environment designed just for them. The Women’s Leadership Institute is designed to do just that. The Institute will present the latest in leadership practices that will benefit attendees as well as their organizations and communities.
